A9 Voice is a Windows app for dictation and meeting notes: hold Ctrl+Space to type with your voice in any app, and record Teams or Zoom calls with no bot joining.

Atlas9 LLC is the company that makes and publishes A9 Voice. It is the publisher named on the download page and in the footer of every page on this site.

What it is

A9 Voice has two parts.

• Transcribe types what you say into any app while you hold a key. It is free, with no limits and no account.
• Notes records a meeting, a video or a voice memo and turns it into a transcript and a summary, saved as plain files on your PC. It is free for 30 days, then $49 once.

It runs on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. The features page has the full list and the pricing page has the plans.

How the numbers on this site were measured

The cost figures on this site, such as what a meeting or an hour of dictation costs, come from our own tests at each provider's list prices. The working is in the first answer under Questions on the features page.
