What happens when the Notes trial ends?
New recordings stop. Everything you’ve already recorded stays readable, searchable and exportable. Transcribe keeps working.

Do I need an account?
No. You start the trial yourself with one click, no signup and no card. A purchase gives you a license key, and the app unlocks on its own when you buy from the same PC.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
Yes. One license covers up to 3 of your PCs. Move it by deactivating an old one.
What do my own AI keys cost?
You pay each speech and AI provider directly, at its own prices. In our test, a 27-minute meeting cost about 24 cents at list prices, transcript and summary together, and an hour of dictation cost about 4 cents. Settings › Usage & cost shows your own estimate for the month. Models that run on your PC cost nothing per use, so you can use those for free. The features page has the details.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet. A9 Voice is Windows 10 and 11 only.
